Delores relocated to DE full-time in 2012 from White Plains, NY. After settling in to her new state and neighborhood, she began investigating volunteer opportunities. Her first stop was Georgetown SPCA (now Brandywine SPCA) where I met Eastern Sussex Dem’s President Kathy Hughes and Rehoboth Beach City Commissioner Dick Byrne. That led to becoming involved in Sussex County politics by volunteering with Paulette Rappa's 2016 campaign and Brad Connor's 2018 campaign. Delores says “We are a RED county in a BLUE state.
